And we went to Flatbread, which is this really great organic flat bread pizza place that uses local produce.
The pizzas I had were: flank steak, homemade Gorgonzola cream sauce, arugula, portabella mushrooms, mozzarella, Parmesan, and various herbs. Another one was baby spinach sauteed with smoked Gouda and artichoke hearts, topped with red onions, mozzarella, Parmesan, and herbs. The third one was chicken, goat cheese, and red bell peppers. And finally there was a plain pizza and a pepperoni one.
I’m such a happy fatty right now. Ugh, and I need a tummy rub something fierce.
So I’m about to go take a shower to hopefully clean off some of the pizza grease, and I’d love some TMIs for when I get out!
